I have been going to other Monro locations for many years and had great service until I went to this location. I had very poor service and was mislead on my estimate to have my tires replaced. The manager would not correct my request to address my concern and I will never return to any Monro location ever again after this experience.

I have been here three times now and each time has definitely been a success. I came here after a referral from a friend who takes his 2007 GTi in regularly - I was not sure if I was getting good value at the other place I was taking my GTi, so I decided to check out Jason imports. Needless to say, it was a good idea. These guys are a wealth of knowledge and they really know their VWs and Audis - but they won't break the bank to fix your car. I brought my car in for a couple separate issues (which my other shop could not figure out) and they were able to not only diagnose all of the issues, but fix them for a very reasonable price. Nick always does great work and cares more about fixing your car then talking your ear off. - they're not pushy with repairs and will give you straightforward advice on what your CAR needs. I'm glad I found them!

Went there about a month ago due to a hole in my exhaust manifold and asked if they could do the work. I was quoted the price of $600. I tried to save a few bucks so I showed around and found a cheaper price, the same day I got a flyer in the mail from them saying they'll beat any competition price by 5%. I took that ad back to them along with the estimate I got from another shop that quoted me a price that was almost a third of Monroe's price. When they saw that they said they couldn't do the work and told me I should go to a shop that fixes engines. Last I checked they're an exhaust repair shop and wouldn't the exhaust manifold be part of the exhaust system.

I have a 2004 530i that had the ccv freeze up and on -40 degree day and pushed the oil out through my exhaust. I had the car towed to Jason imports and they fixed it at I guess would be a ok price. I think it was 600-800, I cant remember. If I remember correctly he replaced the ccv and the hoses and put a ccv winter kit on(which I was able to visibly see the new insulated hoses). My major issue was the customer service of the mechanic working, he just seemed very rude and had a constant attitude. if I could give 3.5 stars I would. They got my car fixed in a timely manner but customer service on the mechanic's part sucked. I would have rated higher with 4 or 5 stars if the customer service was better.

Be careful!! I went there for an oil change due to a coupon special. I then was fed a story about how I HAD to replace my cabin air filter because something really big had chewed through it. I was further told that this was a SERIOUS problem because, you know, those HUGE critters would likely chew through wires on my car and cause it to spontaneously combust! (OK, they did not know those big words, they said I should be "ah-feared" because it might catch fire.)Well, I had a rather creepy feeling sitting there in the run down waiting room waiting for my car and listening to the service manager "manage" the customers. Sounded like a lot of people were being talked into more than they bargained for (or needed). The claim of a holey cabin filter rang hollow and I firmly declined the offer to put in an $80.00 unneeded item.Good luck if you decide to go here. I will not again.

I took my hyundai Santa Fe in just before winter as my brakes were grinding and my power steering wasn't working. They said they needed to replace a major part on the power steering re-grind brakes etc etc totaling in nearly $1000 in work. I wanted my winter vehicle working perfectly for winter so agreed to all recommendations. It's may .. My power steering stops working so I take it back in .. Josh calls me and tells me the power steering is completely broken, along with the front brake pad being nearly gone. Odd considering its a car I don't put a ton of miles on and I just had brakes and power steering fixed, why wouldn't a brake pad that worn down be fixed then??? He asked if I wanted them to do the work and I said certainly not since I spent so much last time.. Odd that the same exact things are broken and I'd like to get a different opinion from another mechanic. At this point he got irate and incredibly rude and condescendingly and I kid you not said he would "hold my hand" while he showed it to me. I can't believe I was spoken to this way. And why if they had done nothing wrong would it be an issue for me to get a second opinion? When that much work is done and they now want to charge you even more it seems quite natural. Josh is apparently completely unaware that along with multiple personal vehicles I own a business with an entire fleet of vehicles that are repaired on a regular basis. if you wanted to be treated like crap for being a woman, ripped off, use Monro! And ask for Josh. Recently used tires plus down the street for some work on a company vehicle was treated with 100% respect, was not talked down to, and was walked through and included in all necessary work.

This business deserves a ratin...

This business deserves a rating of NO stars, but this stupid thing won't let me post this without a rating. Holy sh*t, I've never seen worse customer service in my life. The place was recommended to me by a friend, so I called to ask about their services and their prices. Instead of responding with something like "It would be really hard to give you an estimate without inspecting the car b/c costs will vary a lot depending on the exact services you need," (I can understand that), the d**k who answered the phone started YELLING at me for even asking him this question!!! So here's my advice...don't waste your time. This place and these people are a JOKE. And by "these people" I mean people working at Jason's Imports, not foreigners. I am a foreigner myself, and this is NOT the way we treat people (potential PAYING CUSTOMERS, at that!!)...anywhere. Take your money and your time elsewhere.

This man is the most honest me...

This man is the most honest mechanic I have seen in years. He not only told me what was wrong with my car and fixed it he assured me with his knowledge. You can trust this man he's not a mechanic to rip you off he is a mechanic to help you with your car.
