I have been brig my Lhasa Apso to D&D Grooming for close to 5 years and I would not use anywhere else.

Their service is excellent. Each time I have brought my dog for grooming (every six weeks) she eagerly enters the store which tells me a lot . She always leaves looking and smelling beautiful. Never one hair out of place, I cannot believe they get her to look as perfect as they do in such a short time.

I feel they truly love what they do at D&D and it shows in the way they treat my dog !

I cannot believe this place is in business. They destroyed my dog by having a trainee cut her. Please save yourself the despair that they caused me and take your dog somewhere else.

Taking my puppy to this place was a terrible choice on my part. I took a beautiful llasa apso to this grooming facility and they completely chopped her up. I made an appointment so as not to leave her there and they promised 45 minutes but didn't have her ready until 2 1/2 hours later. They probably destroyed her intentionally because I kept calling to see if she was ready. I have not stopped crying for two days now ... they completely shaved all of the hair from her ears, shaved her bald in numerous spots all over her body, they tried to make some sort of design with her hair by shaving the front of her and then leaving some of the hair long in back and even cut that completely uneven. Never cleaned her ears and didn't even cut her nails. I am submitting a complaint to the BBB because a place like this should not be licensed to touch dogs.
