I have bought several pieces from them custom made to protect my dinning table and antique dressers. very satisfied with their work

We have used this business on several occasions and always had great results. They cut some glass for our kitchen table and replaced the screens in our house windows. Their prices were lower than competitors.

Terrible!!!! Wish I had taken the reviews to heart.
We dropped our broken window off and was told it would be a week to 10 days.Three weeks later no window, they always had some lame excuse!
We picked it up and took it to a Company in Knoxville and 4 days later we had our window
Don’t use this Company,if you do you will regret it!

My wife called to set up an appointment a week prior to the day they where supposed to come to fix a window on the house we are selling. We got up and was out of where we are staying with our three kids to make the 9am appointment on time. My wife called at 920am to see where they where at and the owner was very rude and basically told her they where behind and would get here when they get here. She called again at 1105am and this time the owner got extremely rude with her and was in no way apologetic. Finally he said there would be someone here in a half hour. They never showed up. I called glass Doctor and they where very curtious and I have someone actually on the way. Save your self the headache and call someone else. Should have looked at there Google reviews.
