Bucky's Ltd Auto Body

I've taken vehicles to them in the past, and the work has always been excellent. However , customer service seems to have gone downhill. Stopped by today to see if they could match some paint for a touch up for an older vehicle. I had to wait for the tech. to finish figuring how to access his email on his phone only to be told that he would have to look for the correct color by going through an assortment of paint chips for which I would be charged $50. an hour for his time. Before I could say yes or no, he told me that he didn't want to go through all that just to make $5. worth of paint for me. Way to waste my and your time! I won't ever go to Bucky's again, nor will I recommend them.

I like Bucky's, I've taken my vehicles there many times in the past, their work is excellent. The last time I was there, though, they were a bit slow getting the work done when they said it would be done. I think the job I needed was a minor one for them and I got pushed onto the back-burner there for a while, but the end results was excellent as usual.

Incredible job! I got hit by a dump truck but thanks to Buckys no one can tell. They were so nice and completely backed their warranty. They definitely provide service over and above what it takes to get it done! I would never go anywhere else! The world would be a better place if everyone conducted business with this level of commitment!
