        Overall

        I called certified service today which is a Friday at about 7:30 pm to have my samsung refrigerator repaired. left a voice mail with a return phone number and I didn't expect a call back right away but was pleasantly surprised when the repairman himself called within 15 minutes and showed up shortly after. I explained the problem and he was able to identify the cause within minutes. Even though he didn't have the part with him he was able to get the refrigerator temporarily running and ordered a replacement part and will return to install it when it comes in. Besides saving me well over $300 worth of food certified service will have my business from now on and I will certainly spread the word. can't say enough about your professionalism. Thank you very much!
