Jim Moore has come to my rescue twice for dishwasher repairs. He is very direct and tells me exactly what service/repair is needed and doesn't try to sell me more or get away with less. He is courteous, friendly, and professional - was punctual and got the repairs done in a very time-efficient manner both times. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone who cares about good service at reasonable prices.

Jim is great!! He came when he said he would and finished up quickly for a reasonable price. He showed me the problem with the parts that were affected and gave me a couple of options to choose from. A very pleasant guy.

I had an oven emergency and Jim returned my call within 10 minutes. Although he was completely booked, he squeezed me in. He fixed my oven, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and gave me information on how to avoid the problem in the future. He's fast, he's good, and his prices are reasonable. This guy is great!

Jim is our appliance guy from now on. This man knows what he's doing and even is willing to explain how things work. He fixed our oven, broiler, and clothes dryer all in less than an hour. Replacement parts were in his truck. He's personable and reasonable. It's most economical to have an expert do the job!

Jim is a responsible, generous professiona. I called on a Saturday afternoon because my standup freezer had stopped working with a $1000.00 of food inside which was a risk of being lost. Jim gave us suggestions on what to do and the freezer began to work again. You can bet that I will keep Jim's phone number handy in case the freezer truly dies (as it has done once in the past!!).
