took my Speed Triple there to get the latest map loaded. I haven't ridden my bike since. It keeps cutting off. When I picked up the bike from the dealer they told me they didn't know what was wrong with it. They showed me other bikes that they were servicing that had the same problem. They don't know how to fix or upgrade bikes. They have one service technician that should be fired. He will argue with you and show you on a lap top that everything is in order but ignore the undeniable truth that the bike doesn't sound like its running even. Currently there are no triumph dealers in the Northern Virginia area that have the expertise to fix Triumphs. Very sad.
