I am writing this review to give potential customers a full overview of this dishonest and unprofessional dealership...I have now retained a lawyer. We are suing Nova for damages and lawyer fees. They have refused to issue me a title (according to the law, they had 30 days), and when my lawyer called them on 8/18/2017 they were very rude to her and refused to comply. I purchased a van from them in June, so it has been 2 months now, and they have not given me the title. Nova claims it was sent to me via UPS, but it was never delivered to my home, and regardless, it is their responsibility to deliver documents to customers, and no one else's. As of next week i will be forced to rent a vehicle, and will be adding that expense to the list of expenses we are demanding in court. The next step is to get the attorney general involved since Nova has now admitted to breaking the law.If anyone is considering buying a car from them, i would not advise it. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and flagrantly break the law.
I was looking at a vehicle that Dash Motors was selling used. I sent an e-mail to the dealer and he (Matt) called me. I said that I am shopping around the area and would be traveling there to buying a vehicle so I wanted all the information up front before making the trip. He was unhelpful and seemed not to care about anything I said. I asked for the carfax report to be sent me and gave an e-mail address. I also said I was going to send someone to look at the vehicle who lives in the area. I never got the carfax report e-mailed to me, never got a call back from the dealer with answers to my questions. When the person went to look at the vehicle no one helped them, when they asked for help the salesman was rude (this is being kind). After all this I read the other reviews on cars.com and on the BBB website. Well I was reading the review the price on the vehicle went up over $500 as I was looking at it. I printed all the information on the vehicle before and had it with my research so I double checked the price of the vehicle with my files. Of course it went up someone was calling about it and someone went to look at it. I called other dealers in the area and asked them about this place and none of them had anything good to say about the business. If I go there to buy a vehicle I will treat them the way they treat everyone. I will be the rude, pushy, check every little thing on that vehicle with my own tools, and ask for flat Edmund's assessed value for the vehicle not a penny more.
Steer clear from this dealership! My car's transmission just died after spending close to $4,000 on repairs after repairs never ending !! Don't buy these lemons!!
Bought a Ford Explorer...passed VA inspection...(it should not have)...struts were broke in half...we could not see that when looking...died in 5 weeks...catalytic converter...paid 4900 for the car and now they want 3300 to fix...SHADY PLACE to do business and Mike was extremely rude on the phone. Next Stop Small claims court....Understanding already that it was a used car...but somehow (wink wink) it passed a vehicle inspection and there is no way it should have.
Dealer responded quickly and answered all questions
Response was immediate and informative.
Just bought a 2015 white nissan altima. My credit is terrible and autoland really worked with me. Thanks you guys so much.
The guy that sold me the car was extremely helpful, polite, almost as though he went above and beyond my expectations.
