Natural Vision

I was very apprehensive about the medical eye procedure/surgery that I was about to undergo. However, as soon as entered the Clinic, the front office & medical staff were extremely friendly and helpful and everyone made sure that I was comfortable, both physically and emotionally. Dr. David Kaye is not just very professionally savvy, but also very relatable and kind, and he made sure that my otherwise uncomfortable moment, was as easy and painless as an eye medical procedure/surgery can be. Thanks for a great experience!

I've been going to natural vision for years and I've never had any bad experience there until now. I went to go purchase a new frame the ladies working in the back were rude and not helpful or professional whatsoever.

I have talked with other customers who have had complaints about wait times and billing issues. I find it to be suspicious that 3 of the 5 star rated reviews were submitted on the same day. Coincidence? Or a business attempting to inflate there review rating??? Save your receipts. I do like the finished product, but when I pay at the office and get a bill stating I owe them money only to have to dig up receipts or bank transactions only to have them tell me 'oh we see it now' is a little frustrating to say the least. This has happened on more than one occasion.

I got my Lasik from Natural Vision. It was so reasonably priced and I can see perfectly now without my stupid glasses. :)

I have been to several eye doctors and this one, by far, was the best. My initial appointment took a total of 3 hours, but it was because they had to dilate my eyes. I got in quickly and the staff were friendly. Their Fresno office does make glasses at the office and I had them the next day!

Just know that when you go in for your exam...they put you through all sorts of test, that i really don't think are necessary....you can't see for at least 5-6 hrs. after living the place...then you wait 2 weeks for your glasses to come back( and personally i think that with all the technology these days they would be ready WAY before that...JUST LAZY I THINK...) and then guess what?....they are not the correct lenses you can't see clearly out of the things....what a mess...now they can explain all they want and give all kinds of excuses for this but when all is said and done this is a fact that...doctor doesn't know what he or she is doing or someone else in there is not doing theirs....this is crazy...pull yourselves together and get peoples prescriptions correct...my goodness all this running in there back and forth is just awful, especially on senior citizens...who don't drive and must bother with getting a ride there....get it right folks or close......good heavens...so sloppy!
