        Autobahn Motors LLC, - not associated with the Autobahn BMW shop - Highly recommend Autobahn Motors, but the BMW shop is lacking some CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS, I WILL PAY MORE FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        My first experience with autob...

        My first experience with autobhan was a pleasant one. I initially recommended them to my fellow BMW owners. When I took my car back for subsequent servicing, my car stopped running 3 days after leaving the shop. When I questioned the initial service, I was met with a snotty attitude and they refused to work on my car. Autobahn is a decent shop, as long as you don't question the service. I had my car towed to another shop, who did fine work at a cheaper price.

        THE REPAIR IN QUESTION WAS A CAR TOWED IN FOR NOT STARTING. THE REPAIR WAS TO SECURE THE WIRES TO THE STARTER MOTOR AFTER SOMEONES POOR INSTALATION OF THE STARTER MOTOR. THE CAR RETURNED A WEEK LATER WITH AN ALTERNATOR THAT HAD FAILED, AT 136000 MILES. I AM VERY SORRY BUT I DO NOT FEEL THAT WE ARE RESPONSABLE FOR AN ALTERNATOR WITH THAT MILAGE NEAR THE END OF IT'S SERVICE LIFE. ALTHOUGH WE DID QUOTE A VERY REASONABLY REPLACEMENT PRICE.

        Great sevice! Great price!

        Our bill was around $1,000 at Autobahn. Stein Auto. had quoted us over $2,300 for the same repairs. Very professional and affordable!

        Autobahn BMW is great!

        I own a 2004 BMW545i. I had a major issue with this car and these guys nailed it down quickly and efficiently.



        Mark and Russel are a pleasure to work with and they are very knowledgeable and are looking out for the customer. This is something I find unusual when driving a BMW.
