Umbertos Auto Sales Inc

Most of the time people only talk about their bad experience, so I wanted to mention the opposite. This is very surprising for a used car dealership. They were very helpful and not at all pushy. As a female some of the dealerships I visited were disgusting! This place was not only clean but very respectful. I never felt uncomfortable. I have already referred 2 of my closest friends to Umberto's.

We purchased a Jeep for our daughter, the following week she left the map light on overnight and ran the battery down. I called Umberto's and asked if they sold new batteries, not only did they send someone out to replace it, but didn't charge me a dime.



Three months prior to this, the same thing happened with my Acura, except the local Acura dealer charged me $259 for the same service.



Highly recommended, and I will defiantly be doing business with them again!

I was sold a Ram Diesel that the Cummings was shot - It had excessive 'Blow Back" . I had no idea - never owned a diesel before. paid 20K for a 8-10K truck. They are BOGUS. WHAT EVER YOU DO ....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE CROOKS 100%! 1 STAR IS 1 TOO MANY!!!

My husband and I traded a truck for a Tahoe and found that dealing with Robert and other staff was wonderful.

Spoke on the phone they were very nice not pushy willing to let me take tom mechanic. I'm also trying to get a review but can't seem to with the info on the page. What's wrong with the web site?
