Sales department was top notch. I went though edmunds.com/internet sales and was quoted a good price on my 2015 Forester. They installed the few extra options I wanted. Now at 5000 miles I was ready to purchase an extra set of wheels and snow tires for the winter. The parts department would only consider OEM wheels that I considered too expensive. Went to a local Discount Tire store and got handsome aftermarket alloys with a set of Blizzaks and saved $600.
Salesman Luis was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Sales Manager refused to honor the last offer his salesman made to me (not my offer) so I felt that the negotiation process is a bit more of a sham here than usual with car dealers. Finance guy was quick, friendly and thorough. This is the second car I've purchased at Valley and overall I'm happy with them. Expect some fancy footwork on the deal-making, though.
This is now my second time buying a Ram 1500 from Valley Dodge, and like my first experience I am very happy. Paul was the sales associate that I worked with, and he was great. He was polite and knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions without any hesitation. I will continue to do business with Valley in the future, and I will always recommend friends who are looking for Dodge and Chrysler vehicles.
