Visionworks

Well… I just finished a 20 min survey on what I think. Lol I had to wait 10-14 days to get my lens. So next I get a text that tells me there ready. I go bk to the store.. take my glasses then they tell me it’s going to b a least an hour. I’m done wth Visionworks!! B careful

I purchased my glasses 10/29/15 and I thought they were very expensive but I figured I was getting a quality product. I was told the warranty I purchased with the glasses was for one year and anything that happened to the glasses would be repaired within that year. During the course of the year the lens was scratched. I took them in and it took forever to get someone in management to authorize getting them entered into their system and let me on my way. They were repaired to my satisfaction. Again during the year I had need of repair as the left stem broke off.(poor quality} Again I went back in and after a long wait the manager tells me my warranty is a one time warranty not a one year warranty. She said she could not fix them. She said she could not order the parts and all she could do was sell me another expensive pair of frames. I flat asked her if she was going to repair the glasses and she said she couldn't. I feel ripped off and lied to.

Understaffed. There was only one doctor doing eye exams while they're doing their dollar exam deal. The wait time was 3 hours both times I was there.



When I finally got in to see the doctor, he was very rude. He made me feel stupid, chewed gum, played music, and burped very close to my face. He was extremely unprofessional.



I also saw one of the workers being snarky to a very polite man who didn't speak English well.



Overall, this was a terrible experience and I don't plan to go back.
