Highly recommend! Dr. Pelphrey is wonderful and so is his staff! He was straight forward the whole time, based his treatment on evidence seen via x-rays, and did a great job! I was expecting a 3/4 month 2x wk. treatment plan as most others I’ve been to. I had chronic neck and back pain. He recommended 3 weeks 2/3x wk. and then things I could do at home to strengthen muscles. He even said “ I want to help get you better so you don’t have to keep coming back to see me ever if possible”. Never heard a chiro say that! Lol. I definitely highly recommend. Also communication was great. His services really made a difference! I more than highly recommend him!! I’ve been to several in Lexington, Dr. Pugh was great and I can’t say enough good things about his work, and he helped a lot, but it was just two places that just wouldn’t align/pop after 4 months. Same with a few other chirps in lex, but Dr. Pelphrey got it and I feel so much better! I was also moving to Houston as I was going to him and he gave me my X-rays and was like if anyone ask for more, despite these, then that’s a red flag. I just can’t say enough good things about him and his practice. Even if he suggest you need a 3 month treatment or something, I can say I trust his judgement bc he was right on par with my pain and issues. He also has a radiologist look at his xrays to ensure his diagnosis is what’s best for the patient. He’s all evidence based and it’s basically physical therapy with manipulation of bones. Which is good bc his goal is to heal you. If you have issues or are looking for a chiro in Lexington, I highly recommend him! I’m so thankful God lead me to his practice bc him and his staff were just amazing. I honestly can not stress how much it helped in just a matter of weeks!
