Rough River Appliance Repair

Charlie is the owner and he was great to work with. We bought a new home and the washer did not work. I called on Friday and he came over Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. He ordered the part right away. The part came in on Wednesday and he installed it on Thursday morning. The washer works great, and the cost was a fraction of what a new washer would cost

We bought a refrigerator from Rough River Appliance not even ten days ago. My husband notified the business’s owner Charlie Kiper that there was a water leak coming from the inside of the appliance. Mr. Kiper, “stated he would be at our house the next day, needless to say he never showed up, nor did he call. A few days went by before we finally got a hold of him again. Mr. Kiper stated that the part that we probably needed would be in in about 8-10 days. In the meantime, turn off the water to the appliance, in which we already did. The owner of Rough River Appliance is not Dependable and he doesn't do what he states he will do. Think twice before calling them.
