My Father's House

Made a call, and I was ask the model number, He said he would do some research and he scheduled to make a service call at my house for the next day, He never called or showed up, This guy never showed, never called back...we wasted a day and a half, waiting for him!...Would not recommend to anyone

I would not have given one star but this is the lowest I could give...i called looking for someone to repair my dishwasher...he asked for the model number and said he would research and call me back...as the day got close to their closing time I called back and the gentleman was out so I left my name and number...the next day No Call Back...today is half over so I called again and was told he was out on a service call. I informed the girl his services were no longer needed....i explained what happened and her response was "ok". Its hard to find reputable businesses that have people that are willing to work and most of all be reliable. I guess I can put this business on the list of who NOT to call for a reputable and reliable business. I mean really...how hard is it to make a phone call...if you don't want the job at least just say you don't want the job!
