I have taken my cars to Hayes for a number of years, and have found the service and the quality to be one of the highest in the area. These guys are honest, and I trust what they tell me.. They are always willing to explain in detail any repairs that are needed, they listen, and they make sure I understand. They will also tell me if I can wait on certain repairs, or in rare instances, when the repair is beyond what they can do in the shop. I highly recommend these guys for your car repairs.
