After the car was "looked at" they told me my starter was broken, which is okay if it wasn't a straight up LIE. They told me it would cost $900 TO FIX.Decided to buy the starter to get it fixed. Part cost $450 ish.Here is the problem the shop I went to told me that this was unsual. Literally took them 2 mins to find the problem, which was a bad battery. A $100 fix compared to the lie that honda gave me which would cost me $900 by the "certified honda techs" bull****. I wanted to get 2 more opinions, the other 2 well reputable repair shops told me the same thing. I was down $600 all from honda because of their mistake.

I called Manger agreed to give me the refund. Father passed way, had to leave the country.3 weeks later they take back their word and say they can not do anything because the part was bought at another honda. Called the manager left 2 voicemail, no reponse. At least give back the funds I paid for the MISDIAGNOSIS.At least honor the diagnosis and your word.
