Manager Chris Page has personally hung up on me several time when his service techs do poor work. The weekend I move into tbe house there is a issue with upstate Ac unit not blowing cool air. Took 4 service techs out befor unit was replaced. After it was replaced had to have 3 different techs correct issue not taken care of during the Install and still has not passed I spection as there were code violations. Had failures to pool light, pool filters, ice maker, dishwasher, washer and 2 AC units. Chris tries to make me feel like I am causing these faiure but states units were never maintenanced in the 5 years they have been managing the home. Chris provides terrible service and is very unprofessional.

It is hard to find good property management in Las Vegas, but Chris Page is the exception. He is knowledgeable of the products being offered in the area and always has a courteous friendly disposition when dealing with the public. This is my first time ever writing a review for anyone, but I felt the Las Vegas community needed to know that there is a great property manager out there and his name is Chris Page.

I HAVE 4 PROPERTIES IN L.V AND 3 MANAGERS AND HE IS HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THEM – TERRIFIC MANAGER WITH HIGHEST SKILLS AND WORK ETHIC. HE EARNS HIS REASONABLE FEE. TRUSTWORTHY AND HONORABLE.
