Creepy technician stares in through the windows, charged multiple times for the same thing they said they fixed, followed up for a year to get pool light fixed (they said it was too cold to get in - for a full year? In Florida?!). Complained to owner and he retaliated by just abruptly not coming anymore and not responding to calls or emails. Very unprofessional.

Starts out good with the free month of service but goes down hill from there. Began missing scheduled service days. Pool was yellow with algae all the time. Had to brush and add chlorine myself just to keep it swim-able. Would answer calls and promise to be there and then not show up. Did not return calls at all the last month and never showed up even though we paid for a months service in advance. Never refunded the last months service fee.

Unreliable, would avoid this business and try someone else.
