I was very dissappointed with having to use their preferred vendors for everything and the limited choices that were offered. Although the products that were finally ordered were fine, the quality of work during their installation was poor. They were also more expensive and took longer to finish than their salespeople stated they would be. If you decide to use Kitchen Design Specialists anyway, try to get a final completion date agreed upon in your contract. Because you pay them so much of the money up front, there's no motivation for them to finish quickly.
