I ordered a corsage for my son's girlfriend for prom. It was really pretty when we picked it up. Then less than an hour in to prom, the flower arrangement fell off of the wristband. I called to tell them what had happened. I spoke with Grace and she informed me that since I have no proof then there is nothing she can do for me. She stated that they don't just give refunds without having proof that something happened. I never asked for a refund. I would have been happy with a replacement bouquet being sent to the girlfriend's house. Grace did not even apologize for what happened. She just said that she had never heard of that happening. Basically she called me a liar and accused me of making this up just because the girl did not keep a broken corsage. Would you have kept a broken corsage when you were 16? Probably not.

I called this florist on New Y...

I called this florist on New Year's Eve to have a plant sent to a special friend. I was told it would be sent that day. Three days later I hadn't heard from my friend and called this florist. They told me the delivery person got lost and couldn't contact the receiver of the flowers. I asked them why they didn't call me to tell me the problem and they said they were delivering it today. After trying to get an answer as to why I wasn't notified they just said "we didn't". I finally got a manager who wasn't even offering an apology and just offered to go pick up the plant and reimburse my account. How is that for customer service. I will never use this florist again and am appalled at the lack of concern they showed. In this day and age I find it terribly hard to believe that they couldn't find the home. With mapquest and GPS I find it VERY hard to believe. If they had called me I could have given them directions and several other phone numbers to try. They acted like I was crazy to even come up with that idea . Grace the manager didn't offer any compensation for their mistake. I would have been happy with just an apology or my delivery fee reimbursed. She couldn't understand that I was upset it didn't get there on the day I ordered it. She said "Sometimes deliverys get delayed"! They are a flower shop and flowers are usually sent for a special day! I spent almost $90 and will NEVER make the mistake of using them again. What horrible customer service!
