L'auberge Du Lac Hotel & Csn

I am a 34 year old man taking his fiance out for a romantic get-a-way. Reservations were made two weeks in advance. On arrival the check in clerk informed us that all they had available for non smoking was... I gave her my confirmation number and stated that I had reservations for a junior suite with a jacuzzi, the lakeside view, and reserved two nights. She was very rude interupting me while I tried to speak to her, I dont think I had a chance to complete a sentence without her interupting me. Additionally, she explained that the person that reserved my room qouted me the wrong price and that the price was not for a junior suite. Concerned for being late to a social event, we excepted the room but explained that due to this mix up, we were only going to stay the one night. The next morning during checkout we had more time to address our issue to the staff so we spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor was no help what-so-ever. She told us that reservations only got us a spot in the hotel and didnt garuntee us a room. She stated that there were no Jacuzzis in the junior suites yet that was all I asked for when I called for reservations. Horribly disappointed in their service we left never to return. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything. I was also charged for both nights. We only stayed the one night and told them when we were checking in that since they didnt have what I asked for then we will only stay one night. I have been in the service for over 15 years and this was the most embarassing I have been in front of my significant other. I think I deserve an explaination and an apollogy. At least identify and fix the problem so that this doesnt happen to others.
