Best Beauty

I used to be a regular customer at this beauty supply,however I dislike the quality of their Hair. I also dislike the management because they watch you and follow you around the store. I have had 3 experience were the price on the merchandise was not the same as the price the register would ring up and she would not give me the price marked. She pulled out some paper from under the register saying that we as customers are responsible to make sure the price is correct! I have had several bad experiences here. I prefer to go to Raleigh Tower Shopping Center better price better service and they strive to make their customers happy!

I luv this store!!!! It always has everything I need. Much more than that other supply store, I won't mention.

I always go to this store bc it's close. I went into there on last Saturday bought 100% human hair and by Friday. It was all tangled. I went back in on the Saturday to talk to them about it and the lady acted like she didn't understand stand me. She also told me I had to call the company about it. They told me the store has to file a claim and the lady looked puzzled when I went back in And told her that so I asked for the management. She said Kim is but she is out of town. So long story short they did nothing about this. My hair looks a mess and I spent over 100, dollar in this store and I got nothing back. I am very unhappy and disappointed in my service thereI was very nice to the lady I was not rude at all. She didn't help
