Claremont Kissimmee Hotel

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever walked into. Do NOT be fooled by the online pictures like we were. I booked a "suite" for 2 nights through an online service. Upon arriving at the hotel, I checked in (rude, uninterested staff) and went to my room. The room was DISGUSTING! There were roaches crawling around, dirt all over the bed, mold in the bathroom... the list goes on and on. The bed was posted up on 2x4 wood slabs. The room smelled like pee. After being completely disgusted at the room condition I went back down to the hotel lobby to let them know I could not stay there due to the horrid room conditions. It simply is not what they advertised. They told me I would still be charged for one night because of a 24-hour cancellation fee (obviously I couldn't know about the room condition prior to arriving). When I asked to speak to a manager, the operations manager, Miguel Morales, told me I was a lying b****, threw the two room keys at me, and told me to get the f*** out of his office before he called the sheriff's department.



I am a 105 pound, 5'2" girl... and had the hotel operations manager speak to me in this manner for absolutely no reason. Needless to say, they still charged my credit card immediately and refused to speak to me over the phone when I asked for the regular hotel manager. Thankfully my credit card company put in a fraud dispute for the charge and I got my money back.



I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to stay at this hotel and endure the same experience I did. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

The prices change dramatically through our stay. When talked to the General Manager DD. She said that they need to make money for their renavations and capitalize from the tourist. She was very rude. Another guess walked up to me to let me know that when I was standing directly in front of the staff member he googled my name. And after I left the office the staff members where laughing and making rude comments. All this in front of other guest. Which that guest ran and told me all about it. When I called up to the office to talk to a manager the staff member tried 4 times to transfer me to the General Manager. Finally I told him to have her call me on my cell. She never returned my call. Now lets talk about the rooms. The hot water does not work. It gets luke warm after 15 minutes of letting the water. I had to wear socks, if not I would have to wash my feet before getting in bed. The lighting is horrible. The walls are dirty. And if you go outside where they keep garbage cans, there is garbage on the ground. The hot tub does not work. And the elevator has nasty words wrote in sharpe. Oh, not to mention my mini fridge was in the closet on the floor. I really would not suggest staying at this hotel. Managemnet doesnt care about the guest. Only about her bonus Im sure she makes on saving money
