Kim and Merisa(spelling?) go over the top to help their patients. I recently had a horrible interaction with a Rite Aide (who had the prescription for a week - and managed to make about every mistake they could). My grandson had been serviced by Pac Med for years so I immediately thought of them when I realized the ineffectiveness of Rite Aide and the errors of the medical clinic that issued the RX. I took this issue to them and they worked so hard with phone calls and fax to help me. You are not just an RX to them, you are a person with a need. I will only go there from now on.
