I can contest to the facilities capabilities, and the simple fact is that Shane is as well a capable counsilor whom helps many people...so I would appreciate less slander, and stereotyping especially over the business at hand. When you call any treatment facility you will be greeted with some source of non-compliancy when you are searching for information about another person other than your self, because the person that 'was' or 'is no longer' in treatment never wrote off a release of information to you. Rude or not, having not had that...you simply are not a priorty in the judicial systems eyes...there for the information would not be yours to attain.

My mother is trying to get her license back after over 10 years of being clean. Because it has been so long she couldn't remember where she received treatment in a town she does not live in anymore. When calling this place to see if it was where she received treatment she was met with a rude and unhelpful gentlemen named Shane. She was told that because of how long its been and a blue form was not sent to DOL for her to get her license back that she needed to go back through treatment and that he did not have time to look her up in the system.
If the goal of treatment center is to help people get back on their feet then I would say this place isn't capable of that or just talking with people as human beings.
I was completely disgusted with the whole situation enough to call and get the owner who told me that "Shane" was inappropriate at all on the phone. Wow!
