Delicious and tasty, reasonably priced. I have been to six Thai restaurants in SE Mich and this is at the top of the light. Love, love love the Pad Thai Curry with yummy coconut milk sauce. Generous portions and good quality ingredients. Entries come with a free spring roll with yummy (!) dipping sauce. Love the spicy and flavor able soups with fresh ingredients. Love this food, Yes, the spice-heat grades of the food are hotter than other than restaurants. My mild choice leaves some numbness to be corners of the mouth and my companion goes for "no-spice" ( which really means no chili peppers) so start out with no spice or mild-minus and work up from there,
Way too hot. When I order my food mild, I expect mild. This restaurant has a disclaimer that will not refund money if the food is too hot. Apparently they know that they over spice the food, but refuse to address the issue.
First time there tonight, but it won't be the last! Our granddaughter suggested So Thai and after eating there, we were happy she did. Very good service but the best part is the food. It's excellent! Generous servings and reasonably priced.
Been going there for years! The food I've had has been terrific every time. Great sushi.
The food is very good and tasty. The spice is more like authentic Thai so "hot" is HOT. I'm going back. Good place. Not frilly or expensive, just really good Thai food.
Tried this restaurant about 10 years ago. Found the food to be okay but not worth the price charged. Also service is VERY very slow. Tried this restaurant again today and I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for an order that is ONE HOUR late being ready. If you want Thai food, seriously consider going somewhere else.
Best Thai in the area! Also has a great sushi bar!
Excellent food and not too pricey! Very friendly waitstaff.
The food's good here. It's a little pricey. This restaurant is listed on restaurant.com but Thai Taste II refused to take my restaurant.com gift certificate. I should've just left, but my significant other said we should stay. For two adults and one child the bill came to around $40. The next day I called restaurant.com to let them know that Thai Taste II refused to accept the restaurant.com gift certificate. Restaurant.com said that Thai Taste II cancelled their account with them. I asked them why they were still listed on their website. They said the restaurant --is in review---. I suspected the reaon they are still on their website is beause they want to send out their reps to convince them to stay on with restaurant.com (or since they cancelled, they are being spiteful and keeping them on the site as a form of sabatoge). Just in case the restaurant was unaware they were still on restaurant.com's webiste, I called the restaurant to tell them know the website is still selling gift certificates for their store, but their phone has been disconnected. So I called their sister store, in Troy, to let them know the phone is disconnected. The conversation was brief because of the language barrier. A month has gone by and I still see them on restaurant.com. Needless to say, I am questioning both Thai Taste II of Waterford and Restaurant.com. So, beware if you purchase this gift certificate. Always let them know, in advance, that you are attempting to use the gift certificate/coupon. They may refuse it!
