        I scheduled a recall repair about a month ago. They gave me a date and time to come in to get the recall complete. They said it would take one to one and one half days. I called Monday, it was going to take until the next day. I called Tuesday afternoon. They said it was taking longer than expected. I called Wednesday, they said it would be tomorrow. I called Thursday morning, again not ready. The service guy asked it I needed a loaner if it wasn't done. I said yes. I called about 1:30 the same day telling them I need to pick my car up or get a loaner. The guy I was corresponding with took the afternoon off!!!! I went in to get my car or a loaner. They had neither. Come to find out the car was not even in the garage, sitting without ANY work on it for 3 1/2 days!!! Not only that but the car had never even been on the rack until after I came to pick it up. COMPLETELY LOST MY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        Ask for Lauren. Low key, honest and will work with you by listening. I would have gone to more places, but she worked and things worked out better than my original ideas.
