Customized Cleaning Maui

I wouldn't even give this service any stars. Hired Elise to clean before and after our event at the Hale Nanea. She had done the kitchen first due to time frame of cooking. Then she went to the bathroom and just left without telling me. I called her after not seeing her for about 20 minutes and with a text she quoted I can't do this job for sorry little girl sick. I texted her back to say wow, you didn't have the courtesy to talk to me. Asked her to call me and no return call. She didn't even do the clean for after event.
She had quoted me 120.00 on the phone and I feel when she saw the restroom, she was overwhelmed. If she had talked to me like a professional person would, I would have adjusted the quote with no problem.
I would not recommend this company or person to anyone.
My last text to Elise was should she have a working license,I should report her to consumer affair. Very disappointed and unprofessional.
