Regardless of the previous reviews. We met a guy name Dave today. The store was full of customers and we all witnessed how caring he was with the senior citizen that he had driven to the store. We all agreed to recommend this company to everyone that we know in the area. (Thank you)

Worst ever they Took the longest route and they over charged the driver was super rude

I booked a cab online and they never sent anyone. I called to find out what was going on and they had my booking on there but didn't send anyone and couldn't give me a reason why. Then they put me on hold. And then they told me they were sending someone to get me 5 minutes away and that was also untrue. Never using their service again. Just awful.

My friends & I (9 of us total ) ordered two cabs to take us 1.6 miles . First only one cab shows up and then we have to wait for another cab to come , then at the end of the night we called 45 mins before the bar we were at closed and again we ordered two cabs n 45 mins later , again only one cab showed up & took 4 of our group home . The cab driver told us that another car was coming and would be there in 5 mins . The bar is now closed and still no cab , 30 mins later a cab shows up but tells us that they can't take us because their is 5 of us , they say they will Send a van , the cab driver then drives away . A few mins later he drives back and says no van coming and again he drives off . It's now 2:30am and my friends and I were struck on Main Street . We eventually had to call one of our friends (who had made it back to the apt) to come get us . We were trying to be smart and not drink and drive. I will never again call this horrible cab company and tell all my friends not to also

Took Columbia Cab to Merriweather Post Pavilion from Residence Inn. We made good time even with the driver texting while driving and the cab overheating. $15 for the ride and gave $10 tip. After the show on 4-26-14 we got in Columbia Cab #105 to go back to the hotel.He was not running the meter. Got back to the hotel and he charged me $30. He said it was a different rate at night then he said he gave us a deal for 3 people. When I called him out on his meter not running he said it was working and tried to give my money back. Not wanting to get in trouble for not paying my bill I didn't take it back. I tried several times to call and complain but couldn't get an answer. I'll never use them again! Wouldn't even rate them a 1 but had to pick a number!

Columbia Cab is the single worst cab company in Howard County. Not only are they rude and inconsiderate, expect for an employee named Sunny, but they charged $1,695 to my account and made it seem like I was an inconvenience to them. When I first called I was told by a very rude gentleman that the manager was not there and told me to call back on Monday. At this point my rent check bounced and my account was in the negative. I called Monday morning at 8 am and I said who I was and I told him that your company has taken seventeen hundred dollars out of my account, where he tells me "it wasn't seventeen hundred dollars ma'am". So I talk to the manager Edward who is also very rude an acted like I ruined his day with this incidence. I was not until several hours later until he faxed me a receipt of my refund did he actually apologize. I will never use this company again and I am planning on making a complaint to the BBB.

Never call this company! They're rude, never called, never picked us up, and hung up on us when we called to complain.

I called this company more than an hour prior to my needed pick-up. The cab driver never called and when the wait time hit the hour mark, I called back in. The woman over the phone was very polite and helpful, but the cab driver actually "LIED" about where he was and was another 30 mins late.

I have to note that for the sake of "bad days", I tried to use them on two more occasions with almost identical experiences!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



The Manager was extremely rude and not helpful at all. He had an attitude of "Whatever...do you still want a cab or what?!"



Stay away from this cab company by all means possible!!!

i called 30 minutes later to complain and i talk to a person name is ED and he said call another company the , he sound very racist

Everytime I call the cab, the receptionst always say that the cab would be there in 15 minutes, I end up waiting an hour for a cab. I wont use columbia cab anymore. To improve this service, the cab has to be on time to serve customers, or the customers would go to other taxi-cab companies!!!
