A lot of people only know of the people they see when they walk through the front door, but it takes a lot of people to make a business function smoothly. I would like to publicly thank Jessica for all her hard work. She is a huge asset to our company, goes above and beyond every day, and has a contagious smile that makes everyone around her have a better attitude. Thanks Jess, you help us all work as a team, and your hard work has definitely not gone unnoticed!

I have not had personal rental experience from WMP however I have a friend, Erin, who works there and has for a few years. She raves about the company and how well they are growing in the area. For a property management company this is so great hear. Keep up the good work!

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! The owners are wonderful, however, their staff is highly untrained, rude, unprofessional, half-assed, and RACIST. They do not train new employees, throw them out there first day, and fire them the next week because they “didn’t exceed expectations”. If you had expectations you need to explain them to new employees, clearly unorganized and UNTRUSTWORTHY! Do not apply here

They are great landlords, are on top of any repairs that have been needed done, and really cool people. They have also assisted us with renting of storage units that they also manage.....Ty so much for all you have done.... Michelle K.

AWESOME LANDLORDS!!!! I LOVE these guys. I've been renting from them for 3 years now. They are SUPER COOL and EXTREMELY NICE Anyone who doesn't like them is probably a bad person or someone they evicted who doesn't have a job so they have nothing better to do than bash people on the internet. I'm going to tell all my neighbors to put their reviews on here too because they all like them as much as I do. I live in a big apartment building in Janesville and we all think they are the best management company in town. It's really sad that people would say bad things about them. They deserve better, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Clarissa

I have never had a worse experience in my life with a rental company. I've lived in my home for the past 2 years with no problems with rent or repairs at all. Then February 1st Walker Property Management took over. They 1st tried to tell me that I could not mail my rent in, that I needed to pay a $17.00 fee and pay through their online portal. When I told them I would be deducting $17.00 from my rental amount, they told me it would be fine to drop my rent off between the hours of 8-5. When I told them that was impossible because I work they told me I could mail in a money order but they didn't take checks. I've paid my rent by check for 2 years with no problems ever, yet "this is their policy" maryann told me. So then March 1st they tell me that they will be raising my rent by $50.00 a month and that effective immediately I would need to pay them for my water bill as opposed to the city of Milton. When i told her this had already been paid she accused me of lying and she told me any funds that I had already paid to Milton would be refunded at a later date, if there was actually a payment. I agreed to this because I had no choice. When my rent was due for the month of April, and I called to say that I would be 4-5 days late on my rent because I had just gotten emergency placement of 3 special needs foster children, she told me that she would not be accepting my rent late and that I would be receiving an eviction notice because they didn't want to deal with these kinds of problems and they were choosing not to renew my lease. I went to the 8am court hearing on April 10th to try and fight it, but after the secretary took my side she told me we would need to go see the judge but we would have to wait up to 4 hours until it was our turn. I couldn't miss work and therefore I now have this eviction on my record and I have to be out of my home by Saturday at midnight. I'm a very good person with a very good paying job and I have NEVER had so many problems with someone. I'm appalled that someone would conduct business in this manner but they own so many properties that they just don't care when they treat someone poorly. There is always someone else willing to fill up the spot.

If I could do a 1/2 star i would. Horrible landlords. finished moving to an apartment that was never cleaned or painted like they said it would be after the walk thru. Had food on the ceiling in the dining room. And then have a broken bathroom fan and several holes in doors and walls for the entire year that we called tgem several times to get fixed and it never happened. Not to mention windows that won't open or if they do they slam down clothes because they won't stay open. Were supposed to be replaced right after we moved in and apparently two years later have still not been replaced for all the tenants. And not to mention mold that grow on the ceiling in the bathroom and under the sink in the kitchen that never got fixed they tried to come and put tile over it under the sink to cover it up. Finally just called the city on them. Never rent from them they are horrible slumlords.

Awful experience. We even moved out a month early because they wouldn't fix anything they promised that they would before we even moved in to the apartment. I would never rent from them again. They rarely returned our phone calls, when we did have problems. Which sadly, we had more than I had hoped for.

Great apartment. Clean, updated, and very nice people. Quick response to any issues. Would rent again from them.

Do not rent from these people unless you do not care about your living conditions. They will not fix anything or take responsibility for their many many mistakes. Instead they lie and expect you not to notice they are lie-in to you. Hey it wasn't even 10 minutes ago you told me something else.
