Cotton Mill Apartments

Horrible place to live. All repairs are either ignored or done in such a shoddy manner that the issue reappears shortly after. Went without central air in our unit for close to a year. All the dryers in the building are constantly breaking, have set off the fire alarm twice in a year period. It has been over 3 weeks since one of the two functioning dryers has needed its quarters emptied and they can't even manage to do that. Any household repairs are done as a stop gap and are not truly fixed. The grounds and common areas are filthy. Avoid renting here at all costs.
