        Hi i am a current resident at sun valley for the past 2 years that ive lived here and havent had a single day of peace with the bad kids drug dealer neighbors and the incompetence of the manger ashley who is a waste of skin she does nothing after complaints and now we are getting evicted because she does nothing so we call the cops and now were evicted
