I live here, I have a 5 year old and my Husband has lived here the last 25 years. They do not watch your yard like a hawk and then kick you out for the offense. My porch has always upset them and they have not once threaten to kick us out for it. Plus if it's a matter of you cannot physically do it yourself, the men come and help you. This is a very safe neighboorhood and everyone watches out for you. There has been no car break ins or robberies and you see people of all ages walking at night because it is so safe. There isn't many kids here and there are few teenagers. They keep the trouble makers out is all.
