We are a family oriented community. We have long term residents that have been here for years. We are located halfway between Teays Valley and Hurricane on Teays Valley road. We are within walking distance to west teays elementary, doctor's office's and shopping. We offer one and two bedroom apartments we pay water sever and garbage you only pay for electric phone and cable. One bedrooms start out at $450.00 and up depending on your income and two bedrooms start at $480.oo Depending on your income. We accept Section 8 vouchers. We do not allow pets. Our one bedrooms are 610 sq ft and our two bedrooms are 710 sq ft .We have our own maintenance man. Property Manage is Lisa Johnson and you may call for more information. We do not take credit cards only check and money orders.

If you are coming from the Charleston and using the Teays valley exit turn left and you will go 3 1/4 miles and we are located on the right. Tan buildings and green trim. We are next to West Teays Reality and Woodcliff

We are a quiet community very friendly neighbors. We offer an onsite laundry mat open 24hrs. outside swings and picnic table and onsite grill.
