Advantage Rent A Car is very appropriate for this company because they do TAKE ADVANTAGE of their customers. This is the only location in the Houston area and their vehicles are poorly maintained. A few of their associates(James, Donald, Rachel as well as the General manager- Doug) extend poor customer service, misrepresent the company's policies, engage in deceptiive practices and exhibit genuine lack of concern for the customers. These associates really need to be trained in the art of customer service. I give this company************************ 3 THUMBS DOWN
