My experience with Sterling McCall Buick GMC

Houston, TX was horrible last week March 2018 !!! Last year 2017 the GMC dealership said I had engine problems so they used my warranty policy up the max of "$TEN Thousand Dollars" of work and patch up my 2007 GMC Acadia and still couldn't fix the problems. I had to keep taking it back for the same problems. So last week I "drove" my truck back there for the same problems again and they tell me its still my engine so they said they are going to call my warranty in, and that I need to go up front to see one of there salesman to try to get another new vehicle cause they don't think my warranty is not going do anything. I said I can't afford another car/ truck, my GMC Acadia is paid for I need it fix. So they put me in a loaner car for a week- Thursday til the next Friday. On Friday I went up there to get my truck, they said they couldn't fix it and there was no charge. They drove my truck up front to me smile and gave me my keys, I got in my truck heading to go pick my speical need patient from school, I got about 5 or 6 miles away from the dealership and my motor locked up and my truck went dead in the middle of the freeway with all that oncoming traffic. I could had lost my life that day. A tow came and loaded me and my truck up and dropped me and my truck off at my job where my special need patient lives (thank God he wasn't riding me on this day). The dealership did me wrong and almost had my life taking knowing they tore my truck up while they was holding it trying to make me go in debt with a vehicle from them. I can't afford it living off paycheck to paycheck. I drove my truck there and almost could had cause a major or fatal accident trying to drive it back. Now I stuck out of a vehicle all because of Sterling McCall Buick GMC

Eugene Martin the Manager, period. Very bad service. Upon picking up the car, some items (originally present when I test drove the car) missing from car. when approached Eugene and Josh, they ignored me.

My Dad bought his first Buick in 1970, and for more than 30 years, he has been very happy with every Buick he has purchased. My 2013 Verano has been extremely exceptional, and I am so thrilled to continue in the family tradition. My Verano drives just great and all the standard features has given me a lot of car for the money. I hope and pray I will be driving this car for a very long time and David Taylor will DEFINANTY get my business again! Becky Hyatt has been wonderful and I plan on buying another car from her again. I am also so thrilled to see the legendary Buick ventiports on my car again.

Cut me a check for it.LOL just kidding.You guys were spot on perfect...i could get my tires rotated free at discount tire co.and i could get my oil changed for less else where...but i bring it back to you guys every 6000 miles beacuse you guys are fantastic.quality service has a very high value. My vehicle was fixed very well the first time for front differential work and the second time for transmission repair work. Thank you very much. These things had to be done so I have no complaints. Also thank you for the use of the loaner car which was a great convenience for me. The service experience was great. That`s why I bring my vehicle to you to be worked on. And as stated the use of the loaner car was a great help. Thank you for that.

I have just purchased my 3rd pre-owned vehicle from David Taylor. Each time I have been treated fairly despite being a single female. Service after the sale is outstanding. They accomodate my work schedule and have quick turn around service. Always return a cleanly washed vehicle, Go see Montie in pre-owned sales!
