        We have been in the Copperfield community for about 5 years. Our main goal is to have the best customer service available at the same time saving you money! The greatest amount of savings you can have are by using compatible or remanufactured cartridges, but sometimes those products have minor problems. We have dealt with a wide range of issues and will do our best to resolve what ever arises (usually we can provide troubleshooting tips over the phone to resolve problem). However we are not limited to compatible inks/toners, we do carry the major name brands such as HP, Lexmark, Epson, and so on...

        Like many people I feel that ink suppliers are expensive. I was able to purchase my cartridges at a reasonable price and the service was great. I was having a problem at first with my HP 6200 printer saying that the cartridges were out of date, but were full of ink. The owner gave me a quick and easy hint to solve the problem (change the date on my computer) and I was out the door with my favorite printer. The owners are a husband/wife team and are delightful to work with.

        I love to support small business when I can. Inksell is just one of those, with very friendly and well trained staff. I buy the large laser toners for our company and when I found out about this store we changed from Office Max right away. They offer us discounts for recycling the old toners (which I think is great), it usually knocks off $5 or so off my order. These guys are great and I've dealt with the owner Thomas several times. He is one of the most polite and professional men I've dealt with in a long time. We will continue to use Inksell, I recommend you do too.

        The staff there was some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I had a small problem with one of my cartridges and the owner of the store offered to come to my business and help with the problem, FREE I couldn't believe it!! I was able to have the problem fixed just over the phone. From now on this is the only place I will go to get printer ink. Their prices are great and their customer service is the best!! I highly recommend.
