Took me for hundreds of dollars in defective Ram, Defective Motherboards, and Processors. They refused to give my cash back and would only give credit for more defective parts.

The WORST customer service ever. They should be sued for under Deceptive Trade Practice. They advertised a desktop computer HP tower so I put it in my cart and proceded to purchase and prompted to pick up from the store . I interrupted my vacation with my family and drove more than an hour with my kid. When I arrived theyhad me wait for like 20 minutes before they attended to me. I was told that what I want is too good to be true and refused to honor the price. I showed them the deal online at their store and that there it is available for pick up only. but they claimed they are out and then they said we have no such deal , and offered to sell me a refurcished item totally different and more expensive. then they offered another open box laughing and saying " this will work". All that while my kid was being more and more disappointed. I mentioned I drove an hour and interrupted my family trip they did not care to even apologize . will NEVER set a foot in that company anywhere. people expect everything on the online site to be perfectly accurate. they rage out and put a bad review because a products is out of stock. think about it, if you expect them to update a hundred thousand items every ten minutes you would need about ten thousand people or more working on it. you should have called and asked first if the drive is such a big deal. they have the best service i ever seen in any store honestly. try the only other store in houston, i wont mention the name but if you ever been tech shopping you know, is more like a walmart and you wont get a single question answered unless you are lucky. i sat for a hour watching the tech guys nicely answer the most stupid questions from so many people. i was impressed and had to put this up to argue these ill tempered bad reviews.
1st and last time going. Found some items online went to pick up and none were in store even though it says the amount sitting on their shelves. So I found some alternatives And go to look into purchasing a laptop. After asking for help from 3 people who "don't work in this dept" and asking someone to page who blatantly didn't. I left all of the items on top of a random laptop (of which all associates who didn't work in that dept saw me do) and walked out. Idk what's to love about that customer service but Yall can have it!
Took my computer there yesterday (12/10/2014) and they were able to analyze the problem and fix it for me while I waited. Great service and only paid $75 to have it fixed. Much better than having to buy a new computer.
On my first trip to Skynet I purchased a used MacBook for a GREAT price. Since then, I have brought my other computers into the shop for various repairs and I am always treated with respect and care. I will continue to use Skynet for all of my computer needs.
This place is Awesome!!!!!! I went in and before I knew it I was out. Other places are such a Drag.

Usually great customer service. I would definitely recommend them although I have attempted to call during normal business hours and no one picks up the phone. Message said the store was closed. Very odd.
Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They walked me through step by step explaining everything to me, and even gave me a discount!
