Coleman Worldwide Moving

NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!!! I moved from Texas to Florida with Coleman and Allied. Worst move experience to date and have had many moves, particularly with the military. It started with the salesperson, Robert Hamilton, who seemed very genuine, sharing the promises of excellent communication and special care that would be given our household goods. NOT TRUE. Very unorganized move from beginning to end. Try to get a call back from "genuine" Robert.......won't happen. Packers jammed things in boxes and some items were broken. They packed open cracker boxes and other open food containers that were meant to be thrown out. They dragged their feet so they wouldn't have to go to the next job on that Friday. One packer sat on the floor petting my dog for over half an hour talking about how tired she was. Driver and loaders were supposed to show between 7 and 10a.m. They didn't show until 1030am, with no phone calls except those repeatedly made by me. I was continuously told the driver had picked up his workers and was on his way. When he showed at 1030, he had to wait for his workers to arrive and then make a Gatorade run before they could start. On delievery, was given a window of 9-11 a.m. (after inquiring myself), and the driver, Jeffrey Mischler, called about a battery problem and said he would arrive between 1130 and 12 pm. He arrived at 2pm. The truck appeared very sloppy with my good crammed on top of each other, some boxes seemed crushed, etc. my expensive office desk was splintered on a corner. After removing the blanket, the splintered pieces fell out. Other pieces were damages, cracked, or broken. I am missing 2 box dollies. I texted the driver who said he would get back to me, but now refuses to respond. The workers on both ends worked very well. The driver Jeffrey Mischler participated very little on the loading end, and took a nap while his workers worked in the heat on the delivery end. Awful, awful, awful service from one of the top moving companies in America.
