When I was there I was trying to make my black hair brown. They told me you couldn't do that without it falling out and i understood, so they told me they could put brown highlights, so I did that. When I went in that warmer thing for dying your hair, it severely burned my scalp, my scalp still burns I got it done 2 days ago. Now I know it's not their fault, everyone makes mistakes. But I was on the verge of tears and it seems like they were acting like I was over exaggerating and I was being ridiculous. I may have been getting the wrong vibe but that's how it felt, I'm also tender headed I guess, because When Fabian was doing my hair, it felt REALLY rough, I couldn't wait until it was over. But my mom loves Fabian. Shawn ended up doing my hair and she was much better for my preference. She was nice and she didn't hurt my head. I personally hate thin highlights from scalp to end all over and contrast a lot. My that is just me, I right now hate my hair but it's not there fault, it's hard to change from black to brown.
It had been 5 years since i had last got a hair cut! I loved my long curly hair but it was time for a change, my wife told me to come here so i called made an apointmant and everyone was very friendly, i sat in Shelbys chair shower her a picture of what i wanted and she tookit from there! Asking me if i was likeing it or wanted to change something all therime, i was super happy with my new hair style! I dnt even feel sad about my pony tail!
Superior Service!!!!! My stylist was attentive to my needs and constantly asked if my hair was being braided too tight. I observed a wait time of 5 minutes before the next customer was seated in the chair for her hair service. The stylists were quick to compliment each other's work and the compliments were not over exaggerated. Their work was phenomenal and it showed on the clients that left the salon. I will definitely return.
