I think when people are frustrated their car has a problem that maybe they take it out on the service department staff. I went in for an oil change and to ask them to look at the parking sensor which wasn't working right. The car is new. They looked at it and did everything they could to make sure it was covered under the warranty and accomplished that. I had to wait a while but they were concerned, polite, and wanted 100% to make sure I was not hurt financially or upset. They took care of the problem and fixed it beyond what I expected.

I take my F-150 here for service. They're very business-like and I've had no issues. So far they've kept my truck running like a top.

I brought my Fusion in for service. They said it would take an hour, I was out 55 minutes later. The service department has always been friendly, and usually right about the time it takes for the car to be done whenever I've taken it in. We've been buying cars from Webb for over 20 years.

Steve in the service department went above and beyond to help me. Every time I go to Webb Ford I get treated great. They kept my vehicle over night so they gave me a brand new loaner. All in all my dealings with Webb Ford are always great. Will always buy my vehicles from Webb

Webb forwards an email, reminding me the need to change my oil on our 2015 Escape. With a more than busy week, a reminder is sometimes just what is needed! Packed in the reminder is a coupon for the synthetic oil change, providing a price, which just can't be beat. The only thing I would recommend, a coffee machine.

I was in your dealership for the first time because someone stole my purse and keys over the weekend and a needed to have a new fob and key reprogrammed. Tim greated me in the drive with a smile and was very attentive to my needs, you did not have what I needed but he checked and had one coming for the afternoon told me to come back. When I got there the second time he again was very attentive and had the technician get to work right away. He then came looking for me when it was almost finished. Let me start by saying that I feel it's a chore to have to buy a car but the folks at Webb Ford, especially the used car salesman named Danny, made my buying experience a much more enjoyable one. Not only did he make me feel like a valuable customer, but he listened to more than his share of what my grandchildren call old man stories. I will recommend the dealership and Danny to everyone I know!
