It is with great pleasure that I commended Webb Ford for making things right with my parents. A couple of months ago my parents and I were treated extremely rude by one of the sales consultants at Webb Ford so I wrote a bad review out of frustration. A couple of days later my parents received a call from John, the Finance Manager; apologizing for the lack of professionalism from the sale consultant and assured them that he would help my mother get the car of her choice.

A couple of weeks ago she went back and was helped by an awesome Sales Consultant by the name of Leslie Rightmire. She asked my mother what kind of car and features she was interested in which was a Ford Fusion. Leslie helped my mother drive off the lot with a 2016 Ford Fusion Titanium fully loaded. She exceeded my mother's expectation and I must say she is extremely happy. Thanks again John and Leslie for all your help, we greatly appreciate it.

Purchased a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service we received. John was our salesman and Garrett handled the financing. They were helpful, not pushy at all, explained everything in detail and even threw a bit of humor into the mix. We had a not so pleasant experience in our hometown of Winamac with a dealer so I was resistant but my husband insisted after speaking with them on the phone. I do believe every last person working at the dealership that night spoke to us in some way and was neither fake or forced. Left there with a smile on my face and sure that I would recommend anyone looking for a used or new vehicle to visit this dealership. Thanks Webb we are defiantly one of the folks talking about the Webb boys now.

My 2010 Escape began leaking large amounts of trans fluid. The guys at Firestone looked up the problem in a Ford Service bulletin and told me to contact a dealer for the repair. Expecting the worst, I called Webb and they told me to bring it in. I did, and was out of there in less than two hours. The repair was also under warranty. I found the people there friendly, courteous, and easy to deal with. No one tried to sell me anything I didn't need. I don't know what could have made the experience any better. I really like my Firestone crew, but if my car experiences any more serious problems, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Webb.

The guy patrolling the parking lot was kind of rude and yelled "Hey dude, you can't park there" rather than asking me what I was there or what I needed. Everything else was positive, so I won't let one rude "dude" bring down a good review

I have purchased several vehicles from Webb over the past few years. I have only had a few less favorable instances. I have found the pricing to be reasonable, but you have to do your research before going in.

The Service department is excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. I have not been "upsold" for services that I didn't need.

I just purchased a set of tires and compared pricing to local tire places as well as online options. Webb was equal to the lowest price and didn't have any hidden charges.

Another excellent experience at Webb Ford. I had to take my car with two recall notices from Ford. I called a week earlier to get an appt and was told by the woman who answered the phone that I could just bring it in as neither of the recalls took much time to remedy. She was perfectly friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I brought the car in Friday morning. I got there 15 minutes before they opened and they took me early and I was out of there in a half hour with the repairs made. Once again, I can't think of anything that could have improved the experience. Smooth from start to finish.
