If your going to buy a house from him make sure your ready to follow all CC&R's for your association. Due to the fact that he harasses your future neighbors by picking and choosing which CC&R's that'll get him what he wants. This man has zero integrity. I called him to find out if there were other issues with my property to help and sell the house next door and he chose instead to tell me not to contact him again. When I do choose to sell my home he won't be my agent.
