Rush Truck Center

I sent one of the company trucks to this location for transmission work. They performed the work and we went to pick up the truck. In testing the truck, we discovered that it was still doing what we took it in for. They stated that they really didn't know how check a PTO. We sent another truck in to check alert codes and they took it on themselves to do a mandatory update that they admit could have waited. The truck computer crashed and we are now losing money until one of the trucks can be fixed.
