The facility has a very nicely designed interior especially compared to other laundromat I have been too. As well as a large interior which gives you plenty of room for personal space.
And is very Clean.
As well as a help desk featuring an attendant.
The use of electronically loaded cards, similar to Dave & Busters makes use of washers much simpler, because you don't have to fool with quarters.
The washers have electronic displays with multiple wash options.
The lack of out of order signs was a surprise because laundromats usually have a few that aren't working, which, in turn shows that the maintenance workers are attentive.
Also has newer looking security cameras to make you feel more comfortable.

Possible Complaint:
Card reader took more than once (felt like a handshake)

*With only one complaint I can say their effort pays off.

Really clean and washers are nice. You MUST buy a card to use the washers & dryers, and you cannot get your money back if you don't use it all. The card is tricky to use on the dryers. WARNING: Do NOT use the super large dryers as they are really expensive -- 80 cents for 5 minutes and your clothing will get ripped, smeared with grease and ruined. The owners will just shrug and claim you overloaded it. Next time I will go elsewhere. No deep sink. Two stars for cleanliness and nice washers. 0 stars for the dryers and the owners.
