Royal Car Wash

Don't take your car to them , very rude and carles , wasting time and money , ripping off and rude manager .

I have been going to Royal Car Wash for years and always liked the service and courteousness of the staff. Last week I went and got their premium car wash for $26.00. The next 3 days it rained so I waited for the weather to clear which was today. The manager refused the 48 hour, if it rains, free car wash because he said I waited more than 48 hours to get my SUV re-washed. I was the only customer there so it was not an issue of being too busy. He said all though it was still raining prior to today, I should have taken it back and had it washed even if it would have gotten dirty again. That is the most wasteful use of water, labor, energy and display of stupidity anyone could have shown. This guy does not need to be a manager at this or any location. He then said he has no control of the weather and it was my fault for waiting more than 48 hours. Needless to say I will not return due to his "no brain" response and very poor customer service.

The car wash used to be awesome but they have been really bad lately. Last time I went to the car wash at 6 PM (an hour before closing) and they did a horrible job. When I spoke with the manager he said they close at 6 (even though its listed closing as 7 PM) and told me to come back another day. When I came back, they wouldnt take care of the wash because the manager wasnt there. Will not go back again.

A worst place to go for a car wash where they can break stuffs in your car or steal you belonging and deny it. They are very dishonest people working there and the manage backing them up. The bad thing is the manager back them up and not willing to fix it. So, you will never win. Please try out that Royal Carwash. I won't go back there again.

I want to say that I go to alot of carwashes... This location is alright but not worth for the amount one spends...I paid for a hand wax and did a lousy job with a lot of over spray .. looked like I jus had a wash with wax job.. nothing special about it...

And they claim the don't give guarantee on exterior wash if it rains within 24 hrs.. but they will give guarantee if one gets a full service job that cost 10.99 which includes a vacuum... As opposed to exterior wash with rain for 14.99... does this make any sense... what a rip off.. don't take your vehicle here... don't get what's worth for your buck..

This car wash has changed management 3 different times since I've been coming here. They are still good at what they do. They also have great fragrances to pick from.
