Lauderdale Pet Lodge

This place is fabulous. They truly care for their guest and make sure they feel at home. My two dogs love staying here so much they get excited in the car when we are 5 miles away.

I can't sing my praises loud enough for Lauderdale Pet Lodge and the wonderful people that work there !! I am blessed to have found them - I can bring Stella for daycare and feel totally confident that she is having a blast and that she is well taken care of - I can go to work happy, knowing that she is happy - she literally drags me in the front door as soon as she is out of the car !! I am so grateful to the owners of Lauderdale Pet Lodge for their unique concept in daycare and boarding - they are truly the BEST IN TOWN !!!!

The Lauderdale Pet Lodge goes above and beyond for my little Bella. It is so comforting to know when I have to travel for the day or for multiple days, I can take her there for day care or overnight and she is so well taken care of. Each staff member at the Pet Lodge treats the pets as if they are their own. The staff is so friendly, caring and accommodating. They even have web cams so worried parents can tune in and watch their little ones having fun!! I am so grateful to have a wonderful place like this in my neighborhood!!

Being a Pit bull owner is very hard in South Florida. Not only are there few to no kennels that even allow them on their properties, but also barely any facilities that actually give them activities. I would highly recommend Lauderdale Pet Lodge as a boarding facility. I had to board my baby girl Porsha for a few days when I had a family emergency, and needed to unexpectedly leave town. I was able to get a webcam room, for no extra charge, to view her while she was boarding. It was so reassuring that I was ale to watch her. It was so hard leaving her because she hasn't boarded anywhere before, and I was also concerned that she wouldn't be getting any activities since she couldn't be in the play area with the other dogs. Every day Porsha went out 4-5 times/ day and was able to go swimming on private playtime (which she loves) I would give them 5 stars if Porsha could have played with the other dogs. Highly recommended.

I had to bring my cat here for almost a month while I was in between apartments, and as most cat owners know, cats do not take change well. She was a little nervous for the first few day, as I would have expected, but she calmed right down and had a fantastic month! the 3-story condos give them a lot of room to move around even through they are in a kennel. she also got the chance to roam around in the cat room, where she got to jump around on a huge cat condo, and look at the windows, which I think made her feel like home. There is also no smell of cats anywhere, it's very clean and fresh. It's not that much more expensive than boarding at a vet's office, but its so much homier for them to relax in. I would definitely recommend it here if you have a cat that you need to board for any reason.
