Marco's Pizza

I called in my order at 4:45 and arrived at 5:05pm as instructed by the cashier. I paid for my meal and waited until 5:45pm before I asked about my order. My order was sitting at the pick up station for over 30 minutes. I cancelled my order and was refunded. I'm not slamming them due to it only being the second day open; however, I don't plan on going back.

Most horrible experience ever. Third time here, first was opening week and attributed mess ups on getting kinks worked out, second visit good, this visit horrible. Ordered pizza online and finally got cold pizza an hour later although promised to be ready in twenty minutes. They told me that my second pizza was "skipped" and "this happens a lot". Although they supposedly voided the sale, I never got a receipt or void receipt. They initially gave me another customer's receipt. Both older women behind the counter were rude and threw my pizza on the counter when it was ready. One was cold because it was ready on time. The second "skipped" pizza was okay. They tried to tell me I had just ordered twenty minutes prior but I had been there waiting for over an hour and showed them my confirmation email and the ready tracker (was supposed to be ready thirty minutes prior to finally getting order). Worst customer service and will not ever go back!!!
